What data we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies and has no contact form. We use Fathom Analytics to understand how the site is used: it is a privacy-focused service that sets no cookies, collects no personal data and does not track visitors across websites or over time. We only hold personal data that you choose to send us directly, for example when you email or call to discuss an enquiry. That typically includes your name, company, contact details, and any project information you provide (such as drawings, specifications or tender documents).

How we use it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
